The study was performed on 668 adults between April 26 and June 8 last year. The participants were grouped as yoga practitioners, other spiritual practitioners and non practitioners. Yoga providers happened to be broken down into the sub-categories of long term, mid term and beginners.

“Long-term practitioners reported higher personal control and lower illness concern in contracting Covid 19 than the mid term or beginner organizations. The study noted that long term practitioners had “highest peace of mind, lowest depression and anxiety, with no significant variation in the mid term along with the novice computer user group”.
